Following on from what has been a very different and challenging year for everybody, at Fresh Flow we are delighted to announce that our longest-serving member of the team, Jonathan Williams has recently been appointed as Director joining Lois and Ben Franks at the head of the Fresh Flow operation.
Having joined Fresh Flow early 2014 as a member of the Client Services team, Jonathan has worked his way through the ranks at Fresh Flow, moving on to the Senior Management team in 2016 as Head of Sales. Starting with us in our small office in the Rhondda, Jon has grown and developed with the company through two expansions to new premises and a growing and flourishing team. He has worked across the business in various roles, and as such has a clear and unique understanding of each area.
Jonathan commented ‘’ever since I first walked through the door at Fresh Flow it was Lois’ ethical and people-led approach to running her business that really struck a chord with me. To play even the smallest of roles during our incredible journey has been a privilege in its’ own right. Sitting here alongside Lois and Ben today is an absolute honour and an opportunity that I will forever cherish. Without the support of our phenomenal Fresh Flow team and superb bank of clients, none of this would have been possible. I am tremendously excited for Fresh Flow’s future and the opportunities that lie ahead.”
Lois added “as fellow business owners will know, starting your own business is much like having a child and Fresh Flow has been my baby for almost a decade now! Trusting somebody else to come on board and help move the company forwards is a big decision, but I couldn’t be more excited to see Jon step into the role and work together in this new capacity. As our clients know and recognise, Jon has been a true asset to the Fresh Flow family for the last seven years. He is a joy to work with and it is following his impressive development and invaluable contribution that we decided to make him a Director. This decision supports us in laying the solid foundation for the company’s continued growth and couldn’t be more deserved!”
